The Questions and Answers should be utilized to prepare for the exam in detail, passing your exam is Warranty with the Q&A. All the topics required to pass the exam are covered in a comprehensive way through the questions and correct answers along with explanations (where available). Q& A are provided in PDF format.
How will I access Questions & Answers Product?
SelfPrep provides the Question & Answer in the form of a PDF. The PDF provides you can be downloaded by Logging into your Account at Selfprep.org.
How long is my product Valid?
SelfPrep products have a validity of 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days the product will not be accessible and should be renewed.
Can I try the Demo for PDF for Free?
Demos are available for only a few selected exams. An overview for the products can be seen on our Samples page.
What does your Q&A with explanations entail?
The Question & Answer provide explanations along with rephrased version of the questions that appear in the exam. Explanations are provided for all the options so it helps you to understand why a specific Answers option is correct or incorrect. More information about available Q&A can be found on our products page.
How can I detect if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase?
The page for each product Exam or Certification will specifically say if the product has only Questions and Answers, or Questions and Answers with Explanations.
Can I pass an exam with SelfPrep Question & Answers only?
It's absolutely possible, with our Question & Answers you will develop a complete understanding and gain practical hands-on experience.
I'd like to try before I buy; can I see a couple of questions?

How do I purchase the products?
You need to select the product first, Add to Cart, click on Checkout and proceed to make the payment from the available Payment options.
How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me?
You will have access to products within a couple of minutes once you make the payment, available for download in your Member's Area.
I am not sure if my payment was successful or not?
A confirmation email of your successful purchase will be sent at your email by SelfPrep and the Payment processor.
My Card was charged for purchase but I never received SelfPrep Products?
In some cases the orders need to be manually reviewed and the product needs to be manually activated, for this purpose a 12 hour period is required. In case you still can not access your product please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org including date of purchase, your name, e-mail ID used to make payment, method of payment and last four digits of your credit card.
If you continue to have difficulties, please call your Bank to confirm if your card can be used for online purchase. You can also contact email@example.com for further assistance in payment.
I don't have a Credit Card is there any other way I can pay for my Purchase?
You can purchase the product in more than one way, through Paypal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers, AlertPay, Western Union and Bank Wire transfer. Further assistance can be obtained at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Which credit cards does SelfPrep accept?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron and Maestro are accepted at SelfPrep.
Is my Credit Card Information Secure at your site?
Absolutely, we follow international money transfer guidelines. We process our transactions through the secure payment processor. The processor checks the information provided, verifies the card, and then redirects you back to SelfPreps.com with an approval or decline.
Are you downloadable Product free of any Virus?
SelfPrep website security is checked daily by McAfee antivirus software company and www.SelfPreps.com has been declared as a hacker-safe website.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
The privacy of our customers is of extreme significance. At no point of time does SelfPrep shares any sort of customer information with third party. You will receive official emails from SelfPrep; email receiving can be unsubscribed from the Member's Area.
Do I receive a receipt?
A receipt of every successful purchase will emailed to you, the order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and is also stored in your Member's Area.

On how many computers I can download SelfPrep Software?
You can download the SelfPrep products on a maximum number of Two PCs. Downloading the product on more than Two PCs will lead to your account being blocked.
How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Customer satisfaction is among one of the core objectives of SelfPrep. Keeping that in view, majority emails received by customers are answered within the 24 hours of receipt while all emails are answered within 48 hours.
I purchased the product but my Username/Password is not working. How can I locate my Password?
Please E-mail your Username to the Support Team firstname.lastname@example.org including the Product you purchased and the date of purchase. Team will locate your Password and respond back.
How will I get Updates on Question & Answers?
You can download a new copy from your Login, you will have the latest exam material and the latest version.
Are your updates free?
SelfPrep provides "FREE" updates for its products for 90 days from the date of purchase of the original product. On expiration the product(s) will be removed from the Member's Area.
How often are your products updated?
Our products are updated on daily basis. Once the certification vendor updates the exam course we update our products within a matter of hours. This way our products provide up to date exam material reflecting the current exams.
Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be repurchased/renewed at 30% discount from within your Members' Area for another 90 day access.
There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
In order to get the update you should remove the History from your browser, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.
My Product had before a lot of questions but their number has decreased a lot after this update. What is the reason behind this?
Only up to date and latest exam material is provided by SelfPrep so only necessary Questions for the exam are available in the product. When Update is made it is not necessary that the number of questions will be changed. There can be minor changes such as grammatical correction, sentence reformation, spell check, punctuation etc
How can I get discounts?
The products by SelfPrep are priced at discount prices. One way to avail the discount is through the purchase of Bundle Pack.
